Workshop Event: Textures on Metal
April 26 at metalledwith in Boiling Springs, PA

metalledwith will be holding its first workshop at metalledwith headquarters on April 26 from 10:00AM-12:00PM. This inaugural workshop will be limited to 6 people. Richelle will guide participants in creating a take home necklace. Basic metalworking skills will be explained; experience is helpful but not necessary. The theme of this workshop will be Textures on Metal. We will explore texturing through the use of hammering, roll printing designs and letter stamps. Materials are included in the price of this two-hour, take home workshop at $45. Light refreshments will be provided. Bring a friend to this fun event to learn, ask questions and create your own metalwork jewelry. Contact Richelle for additional information and registration.

Demonstration at History on High
April 19 in Carlisle, PA

Celebrate Earth Day weekend by watching metalledwith creating in action on Saturday, April 19. Richelle will be demonstrating at History on High, which is the Museum Shop for the Cumberland County Historical Society. As we look forward to welcoming Spring, expect to see a trunk show relieving last year’s works to make room for new creations.

Mother Earth News Fair
April 12-13 in Asheville, North Carolina

We’re trying out something a little different. On April 12-13, metalledwith will be exhibiting at the Mother Earth News Fair in Fletcher (outside of Asheville), North Carolina. As personal homesteaders-in-training, we’re hoping to find individuals who appreciate our natural theme. Find more information on the fair at their website. PA locals who are interested in homesteading might enjoy the PA Fair in September. (metalledwith is not currently planning on attending the PA event.)
